Who we are
CompliantID provides AI native compliance operations for regulated firms. For website enquiries, CompliantID acts as the controller of the personal information submitted through compliantid.com. The relevant contracting entity and registered details are identified in each proposal and contract.
Information collected through this website
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email address, company, role, selected area of interest and any message you provide. Hosting and security providers may also process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser and request information.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange product demonstrations, manage prospective business relationships and maintain business communications. Our usual lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and developing our services.
Who receives it
This website is hosted by our hosting provider. Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to CompliantID. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for third party advertising.
International transfers
Some website or communication providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where required, transfers are protected using recognised adequacy arrangements or contractual safeguards.
Retention
Website enquiry information is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a client or contractual relationship is established or a longer period is required for legal reasons.
Cookies and analytics
This static website does not include advertising pixels or behavioural analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical measures for security, availability and performance.
Platform data
For customer onboarding and compliance case data, the client firm is normally the controller and CompliantID acts as its processor under a Data Processing Agreement. The relevant firm provides the privacy information governing that processing.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, object to processing and complain to the relevant data protection authority.
