Pricing depends on onboarding volume, case complexity, required integrations and the number of regulatory frameworks. We agree the complete commercial structure before implementation, with no hidden platform charges.
An onboarding is counted when the client has completed the interview and submitted their documents — the point at which the case file, transcript and evidence record have been produced. It does not depend on whether or when the firm records a final decision. Cases abandoned by the client before submission do not count. Reprocessing and EDD uplift cases are agreed separately in the proposal.
Live client data should only be used after the relevant contract, DPA, security review, privacy information and controlled pilot scope are complete.
